Delicate wings in the marinade simple, fast and delicious.
Ingredients
- 2 kg chicken wings
- 3 cm fresh ginger root
- 4 garlic cloves
- 100 ml soy sauce
- oil for deep frying
- sesame and sweet chili sauce for filing
How to Make It
- The wings, remove the tips (you can use them for broth). Cut the wings in half at joint. Clean the ginger and garlic and grate. Mix with soy sauce. Put the wings in a ziplocbaggie, pour in marinade, remove air from the bag, zipper and marinate 4-24 hours.
- Before cooking for 1 hour, remove the wings from the marinade and dry. Preheat the oven to 140 °C and oil for deep frying to 180 °C. Cover a baking sheet with baking paper, next to the pot frying put paper towels.
- Batches fry the wings until Golden brown and spread on paper towels to stack excess fat. Then put on a baking tray, grease with a brush the juice from the marinade, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- When all the wings are ready, place baking sheet in the oven for 20-25 min. Serve immediately with sweet chili sauce.
