Ingredients
- 1 wholemeal wrap
- 40 g hummus
- 110 g tinned four-bean mix, drained and rinsed
- 1 small handful baby spinach leaves
- ¼ medium carrot, grated
- ¼ small beetroot, peeled and grated
- ½ medium tomato, sliced
- 1 small handful fresh parsley, chopped
How to Make It
- To serve, place the wrap on a serving plate and spread over the hummus.
- Place the four-bean mix, spinach, carrot, beetroot, tomato and parsley down the middle of the wrap.
- Fold over the end and roll up to enclose the filling.
