Ingredients
- 1½ medjool dates, pitted
- 50 g unsweetened apple sauce
- 4 teaspoons pure maple syrup
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1 cup (250 ml) semi-skimmed milk
- 100 g low-fat plain yoghurt
- Ice cubes
How to Make It
- Place the dates in a heatproof bowl, cover with boiling water and leave to soak for 30 minutes to soften. Drain.
- Place the dates, apple sauce, maple syrup, cinnamon, milk, yoghurt and ice cubes in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- To serve, pour into a glass or shaker.
