Smoothies are easy to prepare. You will like the flavor of mustard greens and figs.
Ingredients
- 1 frozen and peeled Banana
- 1 peeled and seeded Orange
- 1 large peeled and cored Fuji Apple
- 6 chopped Figs
- 3 cup water
- 4 handfuls Mustard Greens
- 3 tbsp Wheat Germ
- 3 tbsp Flax Seeds
How to Make It
- In a blender, add all Ingredients except for the greens and pulse a few times.
- Then add in the Greens and process on high until you have a smooth and creamy texture. Serve.
