Ingredients
- 2 cups sweet apple jam
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- half tsp salt
- 4 oz unsalted butter, sliced
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- baking spray
How to Make It
- Preheat the oven to 150˚-180˚ Fahrenheit and then coat the pie pan with the baking spray.
- Combine all the dry ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, baking soda, butter, salt and cinnamon.
- Combine the peanut butter and butter and mix well. Then stir in the eggs and apple jam and mix well until the homogenous mass.
- Finally combine all the ingredients and pour into the pie pan and bake the cake for 55 min. to serve.
