Ingredients
- 4–6 cod fillets
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1½ tsp garlic powder
- 1½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp Ancho chile
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1⁄3 cup vegetable broth
How to Make It
- Place fish in the crock. Place the onion on top.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the fish.
- Cover and cook on Low for 2 hours, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
