- 1 large apple, cored and diced
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- ½ pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined, cooked and diced
- ¾ cup seedless red grapes, halved
- ½ cup diced celery
- ¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon dill weed
How to Make It
- In a small bowl, toss diced apple with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; add apple and toss gently. Serve or refrigerate until ready to serve.
