Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked short-grain brown rice
- 5 cups water
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- ½ tsp ground thyme
- 2 Tbsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp salt
How to Make It
- Mix rice, water, coconut oil, thyme, parsley, garlic powder, basil, and salt.
- Pour into the slow cooker. Cover. Cook on High for 3–4 hours or until water is absorbed.
