Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) milk or dark chocolate (55–70% cocoa solids) or ½ of each
- 3 oz (75 g) golden syrup
- 1¼ oz (4 x 28 g) Daim bars, broken into chunks
- 5 oz (150 g) marshmallows, chopped
- 7 oz (200 g) biscuits, such as shortbread, leftover cookies or digestives, broken into chunks
How to Make It
- Line the tin with baking parchment on the base and up the sides.
- Melt the chocolate with the golden syrup, then remove from the heat. Add in the remaining ingredients, then press into the tin. Place somewhere cool for a couple of hours to set.
- Cut into squares to serve.
