Ingredients
- 1 cup (150 g) raspberries, fresh or frozen 1 frozen banana
- Handful of fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish if desired 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice ½ cup (125 ml) nut milk or water Pure maple syrup or raw honey to sweeten, if desired
How to Make It
- Combine the raspberries, banana, mint leaves, hemp seeds, lemon juice, and nut milk in a blender and blend on high speed until completely smooth.
- Sweeten to your liking. Add more mint leaves if desired.
