Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup low-fat gluten-free baking mix
- 2⁄3 cup gluten-free oats
- 1⁄3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 cups sliced fresh peaches
- ½ cup water
How to Make It
- Mix together baking mix, oats, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a greased slow cooker.
- Stir in peaches and water.
- Cook on Low for at least 5 hours. (If you like a drier cobbler, remove lid for last 15–30 minutes of cooking.)
