Absolutely delicious and great for breakfast, gives you lots of energy.
Ingredients
- 1 peeled Apple, cored
- 4 cup fresh Pineapple, peeled and cored
- 1 cup frozen Blueberries
- 3 cup Water
- 1 lb Baby Spinach or any Green
- 3 tbsp Flax Seeds
How to Make It
- In a blender, add all Ingredients except for the greens and pulse a few times.
- Then add in the Greens and process on high until you have a smooth and creamy texture. Serve.
