Ingredients
- 1 kg of pork ribs with fat
- 50 g of honey
- 100 ml soy sauce
- 3 tbsp mustard
- Tabasco, optional
- freshly ground black pepper
How to Make It
- Combine the soy sauce, mustard and honey. Add Tabasco and black pepper. Cut the ribs one by one, put in ziploc-bags with zippers or plastic container, pour in marinade.
- Close, as it should shake and marinate at room temperature for 2 hours or in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
- Shake the ribs from the marinade and cook on the coals, turning regularly, until almost cooked. Gagarinite, lubricating the marinade with a brush to get the brown shiny glaze.
