Ingredients
- 2 cups cauliflower
- 1 cup black beans
- 2 cups chopped onions & 3 carrots chopped
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- Salt, ground black pepper to taste
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 4 pounds pork meat
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic & 1 tsp. ground cumin
How to Make It
- Put ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Cover, and cook on low for 8 hours.
