This tasty snack is super-easy to make and perfect for a cocktail party. Slice the pizza into slender canape sizes and serve the sticks warm with drinks or a good wine.
Ingredients
- ½ portion pizza dough of your choice
- 7 oz (200 g) feta cheese, crumbled
- Few sprigs of fresh rosemary, leaves removed and finely chopped
- Sea salt
- 2 tbsp honey, clear
- Olive oil for drizzling
How to Make It
- Preheat the oven to 250°C (500°F/gas 10).
- Make the pizza dough according to the basic recipe. Divide into 2 pieces.
- Roll out the dough thinly into two oblong pizza bases.
- Distribute the feta and rosemary over the pizzas. Sprinkle with sea salt and drizzle with honey and olive oil.
- Bake the pizzas in the oven for around 5 or so minutes.
- When done, slice the pizzas into sticks.
