- 1 PC chili pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 PCs tomatoes
- 300 g ham or sausage
- 200 g cheese
- 1 Bank olives
- sauce to taste
- greens to taste
How to Make It
- Prepare the dough.Sift flour and mix with semolina. Add water, salt, yeast, olive oil. Knead the dough. Form a ball, cover with a warm damp towel and leave for an hour.
- For the sauce, dilute the tomato paste in hot water. Finely chop the Onion, garlic and chili pepper and fry in olive oil. Then add the diluted tomato paste, salt and pepper and cook 10 min on low heat
- Wipe the sauce through a sieve or run through blender to puree.
- Cut the Ham into thin strips, olives into rings, tomatoes into slices. Grate the cheese.Roll out the dough and put in a mold or on a baking sheet, pre-lubricated with oil.Grease the dough with sauce liberally.
- Put the ham, alternating with tomatoes, sprinkle with olives and cheese. Bake at 190 ° C in convection mode for 15 to 20 minutes.
