Ingredients
For the Popsicles
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 tbsp honey
For the Topping
- 1 cup chocolate
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- Salted peanuts, crushed
How to Make It

For the Popsicles
- Whisk together all ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze for 2 hours.
- Add sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours. For the Topping
- Melt chocolate in a microwave, add coconut oil and stir every 20 seconds.
- Stir in the peanut butter. Set aside to cool for 5-10 minutes.
- When popsicles are completely frozen, dunk each pop into chocolate. Sprinkle with sliced peanuts. Enjoy!
