Ingredients
- 30 g rolled oats
- 1 large peach, stone removed and chopped
- ½ medium banana, peeled and chopped
- ¾ cup (190 ml) semi-skimmed milk
- 50 g low-fat plain yoghurt
- Ice cubes ice cubes
How to Make It
- Place the oats, peach, banana, milk, yoghurt and ice cubes in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- To serve, pour into a glass or shaker.
