The mushrooms for this dish you can take any turns very satisfying.
Ingredients
- 400 g pasta "Penne"
- 250 g fresh mushrooms
- 2 tooth garlic
- 1 PC leeks (white part)
- ½ tsp dry oregano
- 50 ml olive oil
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 50 g grated Parmesan
- 50 ml dry white wine
- parsley
- 250 g chicken fillet
- salt, pepper
How to Make It
- Boil pasta according to instructions in salted water. In a saucepan heat the oil, fry the finely chopped onions and mushrooms.
- Add the chicken, pour the wine and a little to evaporate.
- Add the chopped cherry tomatoes and a little water from the boiling pasta. Cook Pasta 2 minutes to shift in a saucepan and cook some more. Add oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pasta on a plate, sprinkle with cheese and parsley, drizzle with olive oil. Bon appetit!
