Ingredients
- 2 nectarines, pitted and cut into eighths
- 35 g rocket leaves
- 115 g thinly-sliced prosciutto
How to Make It
- Hold a slice of nectarine in your hand and place a few sprigs of rocket alongside it. Use a partial slice of prosciutto to hold them together by wrapping it around the nectarine, about halfway up. The little tufts of rocket will stick out of the top.
- Arrange on a serving platter.
