Ingredients
For the Popsicles
- 2 cups vanilla Greek-style yogurt
- ½ cup milk
- 1-2 tsp mint extract
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- Green food coloring
For the Topping
- 1 cup milk chocolate bar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
How to Make It

For the Popsicles
- Whisk together all ingredients except the chocolate chips.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze for 2 hours.
- Add sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours. For the Topping
- Melt milk chocolate in a microwave. add coconut oil and stir every 20 seconds.
- Add the vanilla extract, stirring. Set aside to cool for 5-10 minutes.
- When popsicles are completely frozen, dunk each pop into chocolate. Enjoy!
