Ingredients
- 8 mini sweet peppers
- 4 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 4 slices sugar-free bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ¼ cup shredded pepper jack cheese
How to Make It
- Remove the tops from the peppers and slice each one in half lengthwise. Use a small knife to remove seeds and membranes.
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, bacon, and pepper jack.
- Place 3 teaspoons of the mixture into each sweet pepper and press down smooth. Place into the fryer basket.
- Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 8 minutes. Serve warm.
