Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 cup cashew butter
- 1/3 cup ground cashews
- 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 4 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp white ground pepper
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp dry oregano
- ½ tbsp dry basil
- 3-4 sun soaked sun dried tomatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 tsp black sesame
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- ½ garlic clove
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh onion
- Salt
How to Make It
- Shred the carrot and keep it aside along with sunflower and black sesame seeds.
- Put the rest of the ingredients into the food processor.
- Add water if needed and process. Add the shredded carrot and pulse 3-4 times; avoid to melt the carrot.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Shape rings with your fingers and sprinkle them with black sesame and sunflower seeds.
- Place the rings on a dehydrator sheet and dehydrate for 20 hours, flipping sides in between.
