Ingredients
- 2 cup fine coconut flakes
- 1½ cups dates, pitted and soaked in warm water for 5 minutes

- ¼ teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla extract (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons fine coconut flakes
How to Make It
- Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
- Place the coconut flakes, dates, lemon, vanilla, and sea salt in a food processor and process until thick and sticky.
