Ingredients
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups chopped leeks
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- Salt, ground black pepper and ground cumin to taste
- 2 bay leaves & 2 Tbsp chopped garlic
- 4 cups beef stock
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
- ¼ cup chopped spring onions
- 4 pounds pork neck meat
How to Make It
- Put all ingredients in the slow cooker except spring onions and sesame seeds.
- Cover, and cook on low for 9 hours. Sprinkle with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
