Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1½ cup jicama
- ½ cup soaked cashews
- 1 cup coconut flesh
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp chopped onion
- 1 tbsp green onion chopped
- ½ tsp fresh oregano
- Pinch of brown sugar
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp chopped celery
- 1 tbsp tamari
- Pinch of black ground pepper
- Pinch of cumin powder
- Pinch of paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
How to Make It
- Put all the ingredients into a food processor and process.
- Move the dough to dehydrator trays. Sprinkle with black sesame on top.
- Dehydrate afterwards for 12-14 hours; flip sides in between.
