Ingredients
- ½ honeydew melon, cubed
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 5-10 leaves mint
- 1 tbsp lime juice
How to Make It
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until the sugar is completely dissolved and mint is well minced.
- Pour the melon mixture into the molds, add sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
