Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 cups cashews flour
- ½ cup sun flower seeds
- 1 tbsp psyllium husks
- 1 tbsp dry sage
- 1 tsp dry thyme
- Pinch of dry oregano
- Pinch of black ground pepper
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of dry garlic
- Water as needed
- 1 tsp black sesame for garniture
How to Make It
- Keep aside the sunflower seeds. Ground the cashews into flour.
- Add the rest of the ingredients into a food processor.
- Process while you add water when needed. At the end, add the sunflower seeds and pulse twice.
- Apply on a dehydrator sheet in a layer 1 Inc thick. Spread sesame on top. Dehydrate for 12 hours or more.
