Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 60 grams butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
How to Make It
- Wash potatoes and slice at 1 cm intervals, being careful not to cut completely through.
- Place each potato on a piece of foil and drizzle butter over both potatoes. Wrap in foil and bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Whilst potatoes are baking, combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.
- When potatoes are tender, carefully open and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the top. Close foil and bake for 15 minutes.
