Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 (4-ounce) beef tenderloin steaks (about 3⁄4 inch thick)
- Cooking spray
Horseradish-Walnut Sauce
- 2½ tablespoons light sour cream
- 2½ tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped walnuts, toasted
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onions
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1⁄4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
How to Make It
- Prepare grill.
