Ingredients
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp pine nuts, toasted
How to Make It
- Bring a saucepan of water to a boil. Add beans and cook just until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Drain.
- Heat oil in a skillet. Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until garlic is lightly browned, 1–2 minutes. Add beans, salt, and pepper and cook, stirring constantly, until heated through, about 1 minute. Stir in pine nuts.
