Green rice made from basil royal leaves.
Ingredients
- A handful of royal basil leaves (optional; you can use spinach too)
- 1 minced garlic clove
- small tomato juice
- ½ cup soaked pine seeds
- ½ cup finely chopped cauliflower florets
- ½ finely chopped cucumber
- 2 tbsp finely chopped green bell pepper
- ½ cup finely chopped zucchini
- ¼ cup finely chopped turnip
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp finely chopped green onion
- 3 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Pinch of white onion
- 1 tbsp tamari
- Salt
How to Make It
- Blend the basil leaves with a little water. Put the mixture into a food processor.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse 1-2 times. Don’t melt completely.
- Move the mixture into a bowl and let it stay aside for 2 hours or more.
- Put on a dehydrator sheet and dehydrate for 2 hours or more.
