Ingredients
- 150 g roasted cashews, lightly salted and roughly chopped
- 150 g roasted almonds, roughly chopped
- 70 g mixed seeds, such as sunflower and pumpkin seeds
- 40 g Currants
- 40 g Goji Berries
- 40 g Dried cranberries
- 30 g Cacao Nibs
- ½ tsp Sea salt
How to Make It
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
- Enjoy as a snack.
