Fermented yogurt made with coconut but it can be done with nuts as well.
Ingredients
- 2 coconuts flesh
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
How to Make It
- After you blend the ingredients use a glass bowl to ferment.
- Cover with a cloth and leave it in a dark place at room temperature for 8-12 hours.
- This applies to an environment of 30°C temperature; so you must experiment at your own place. Taste is getting sour, similar to yogurt.
