Fresh basil leaves, tomatoes and fermented pistachio raw vegan cheese.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of cashew butter
- 1 tsp dry sage
- Pinch of salt
- 3-4 capper seeds
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Pinch of white ground pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp nutritional yeast
How to Make It
- Mix the ingredients and let them sit for 8-10 hours on a cheese cloth.
- Occasionally press gently to remove any liquid. Pistachios and Herbs
- Mix oregano, ground pistachios, black pepper, salt and dry thyme.
- Be sure your cheese is dry. Apply oil all over it with a brush.
- Roll it over pistachio & herbs. Cut in small pieces.
