Ingredients
For the Bread
- 4 pita bread, chopped into 4 pieces
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp sumac
For the Salad
- 10-12 leaves romaine lettuce, chopped
- 3 tomatoes, finely diced
- 3 English cucumbers, chopped
- 4 red radishes, thinly sliced
- ½ bunch fresh mint, chopped
For the Dressing
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
- 2 tsp sumac powder
- 1 tsp salt
How to Make It
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Place bread wedges on baking tray and brush with olive oil. Top with sumac and bake for about 7 minutes or until golden-brown. Set aside.
- In large bowl, combine the dressing ingredients using a whisk. Add in the salad ingredients and toss to combine.
- Roughly chop the toasted pita bread and sprinkle on top of the salad. Toss again to combine. Serve and enjoy!
