Ingredients
- 2 sweet Cripps Pink apples, cubed
- half of pineapple, cubed
- 1 banana, cubed
- 1 kiwi sliced
- 5 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 5 oz unsalted butter
How to Make It
- Preheat the oven to 280˚-300˚ Fahrenheit and then coat the pie pan with the butter and leave it in the oven to melt the butter.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar using a hand mixer until the mixture becomes foamy and grows in volume at least two times.
- Add the almond flour and beat the eggs mixture for 10 min. more. Then mix in the baking powder and vanilla.
- Place the cubed apples, pineapple and banana into the pie pan and slightly pour the eggs and almond flour mixture over the fruits.
- Place the apple pie into the oven and bake it for 1 h and then 10 min. before the pie is ready open the oven and place kiwi slices on top.
