Ingredients

- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 head escarole (about 1 pound), coarsely chopped
- 1 anchovy fillet, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
How to Make It
- Heat oil in a skillet. Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, 30 seconds. Add escarole, anchovy, salt, and pepper flakes.
- Cook, stirring often until escarole is wilted, about 5 minutes.
