Ingredients
- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast(5- to 6-oz)
- ¼ cup low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup cooked vegetable pasta, such as fusilli
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
How to Make It
- In a saucepan, heat the water until just simmering.
- While the water is heating, rinse the chicken, cut off any fat, and pat dry with paper towels.
- Poach the chicken in the simmering water until it is white and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- When cooked, let the chicken sit in the broth for another 20 minutes. Remove and cut into thin slices.
- Mix together the yogurt and the honey.
- Toss the poached chicken with the yogurt and honey mixture.
- Lay the chicken slices on top of the pasta. Sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds. Serve.
