The dry fruit cream can be used as a base recipe for any dehydrated or sun-dried fruit cream.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of soaked and peeled almonds
- ½ cup dehydrated strawberries (soaked for 20 minutes)
- 4 tbsp agave nectar
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ glass Water or coconut water
- ½ tbsp psyllium husks
How to Make It
- Put the ingredients into the blender.
- Serve chilled.
