Ingredients
- 2 cups pitted, whole, dried dates
- 2½ cups very strong, hot brewed coffee
- 2 Tbsp turbinado sugar
- 15 whole green cardamom pods
- 4-inch cinnamon stick
- plain Greek yogurt, for serving
How to Make It
- Combine dates, coffee, sugar, cardamom, and cinnamon stick in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on High for 1 hour. Remove lid and continue to cook on high for 6–7 hours until sauce has reduced.
- Pour dates and sauce into container and chill in fridge.
- To serve, put a scoop of Greek yogurt in a small dish and add a few dates on top. Drizzle with a little sauce.
