Ingredients
- ⅔ pound (300 g) mixed red and green grapes
- 1½ teaspoons minced fresh chile (Serrano is a good choice)
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
- Fine sea salt
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
How to Make It
- Slice the grapes into quarters or eighths, depending on their size (you want everything to be relatively small). Put the grapes in a medium bowl.
- Add the chile, lime juice, olive oil, chives, a pinch of salt, and the cilantro to the grapes and fold together well. Season with salt. Let marinate for 30 minutes or so at room temperature before serving. Store any leftovers, covered, in the fridge for up to 2 days.
