A staple in England by way of Thailand. Great curry dish.
Ingredients
- 2 lb cubed chicken
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- ½ tablespoons turmeric
- ¼ teaspoons red pepper flake
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
How to Make It
- Place all ingredients except the heavy cream, cilantro and lemon in the slow cooker and stir well. Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Add the cream and lemon juice and cook for 30 more minutes. Serve over rice.
