Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon creole seasoning
- 14 oz canned stewed tomatoes
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 4 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1 diced onion
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- ½ teaspoons cayenne pepper
- Dash of Tabasco sauce
How to Make It
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper and creole seasoning.
- Place chicken in the slow cooker.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Cook on low for 10 hours.
