Ingredients
- 1½ pounds ground beef
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp celery salt
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 4 poppy seed buns
- 16 sliced dill pickle
- 1 cup sweet pickle relish
- 8 slices tomato
How to Make It
- Combine the beef, black pepper, and celery salt in a bowl. Divide the mixture into 4 equal patties. Chill for half an hour.
- Pan-sear the patties for 4 minutes on each side until medium.
- Spread ½ tbsp of mustard on the base of each bun, top with a pattie followed by sliced pickle, relish, and a slice of tomato. Serve straight away.
