Ingredients
- 150 g low-fat plain yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 85 g frozen mixed berries, thawed
- 60 g natural muesli
- 10 g almonds, chopped
How to Make It
- Place the yoghurt, chia seeds and three-quarters of the berries in a small bowl and mix until well combined.
- To serve, top with the muesli, almonds and remaining berries.
