Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 pint red cherry tomatoes
- 1 pint yellow cherry tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
How to Make It
- Heat oil in a nonstick skillet.
- Add cherry tomatoes, thyme, salt, and pepper to skillet. Cook, shaking skillet occasionally, until tomatoes are blistered and shiny, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
