Ingredients
- 5 sweet apples, peeled and grated
- 1 package of Carrot cake mix
- 1 cup of carrots, grated
- half cup of wheat flour
- half cup of cream
- 4 oz unsalted butter, sliced
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
How to Make It
- Preheat the oven to 150˚-180˚ Fahrenheit and then coat the silicone pie pan with the butter and leave it in the oven to melt the butter.
- Follow the instructions suggested on the packet to prepare the Carrot cake mix and combine the mix with the apples, nutmeg, flour, cream and cinnamon. Then stir in the grated carrots and mix well until the homogenous mass.
- Bake the cake, following the instructions given and cool the cake for few hours and then serve with the spray cream on top.
