These tasty hamburgers are short on prep time and big on flavor.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup red onion (peeled, diced)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp basil
- ¾ tsp hot pepper sauce
- ½ tsp thyme
- 1 clove garlic (peeled, minced)
- 4 hamburger buns
How to Make It
- In a bowl, combine the onion, beef, Cajun seasoning, salt, basil, hot pepper sauce, thyme, and garlic. Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties.
- In a skillet over moderately high heat, cook the burgers for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Serve the burgers inside the buns and enjoy straight away.
