Ingredients
- 2 cup sliced yellow and orange peppers
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- Salt, ground black pepper to taste
- 1 cup beef stock
- 2 pounds pork chops
- 2 pounds pork neck
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 cups broccoli florets
How to Make It
- Put ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover, and cook on low for 8 hours.
